Everything you want to know before you book
Yes. Vila BRUNO, ELENA and IRIS can be booked separately. If you would like to reserve the entire complex, contact us for a tailored quote.
A minimum of 2 nights for standard bookings. For team building and large groups, we recommend 2–3 nights.
Access to the complex is controlled by a remote-operated gate. During your stay, there are no other guests on the property. The complex is exclusively for your group: no other guests on site and no common areas shared with other groups.
Yes. The outdoor jacuzzi and the private infrared saunas are included in your booking. There are no extra charges for using them, and they are available at any time throughout your stay.
The Forest Retreat Villas salt room is booked separately, by session. You get booking priority over external clients. Details and availability on request.
Yes. Every villa has a fully equipped kitchen: hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker and all the utensils. Breakfast is optional and ordered in advance.
Yes. Covered, lit private parking with CCTV is available at the complex, along with two charging stations for electric cars. Vila IRIS has 4 dedicated parking spaces.
Fill in the form or contact us directly on WhatsApp. We will send you availability and a quote the same day. The booking is confirmed on the basis of a proforma invoice and a 50% deposit. The balance is paid on arrival or before.
Bușteni is about 130 km from Bucharest, between 1h45 and 2 hours by car via the A3 and DN1. A private transfer is available on request, arranged directly by our complex.
Yes, we issue a tax invoice for all corporate bookings, and we can sign a service contract in advance. Send us your company details when you book and we will prepare the documents within 24 hours.
Yes, within the limits of capacity. Changes in numbers can be communicated up to 7 days before arrival at no extra cost. We adjust the meals, activities and accommodation accordingly.
Yes. The terrace and living room of Vila IRIS, the living room of Vila ELENA and the covered terrace can all be set up for work sessions. At your disposal: large tables, a flipchart, TV, projector, interactive whiteboard, HDMI, plenty of power sockets (outdoors too) and stable Wi-Fi for 20 devices at once (with a backup line).
ATV rides and guided hikes are run by certified guides with inspected equipment. Participants sign a participation agreement. We recommend group insurance for outdoor activities, which we can arrange on request.
Yes. The spaces have enough power sockets for all participants, outdoors too, plus HDMI, a TV and a projector. If you have specific set-up requirements (an extra screen, extension leads, a sound system), let us know in advance and we will have them ready.
The price includes accommodation, access to the jacuzzi and the private infrared saunas, parking, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels. Breakfast, group menus and the salt room are booked separately, on request.
We accept bank transfer and card payment (via a secure payment link). The booking deposit is 50% of the total cost of the stay; the balance is paid on arrival or before check-in.
If something comes up and you can no longer make it, your deposit is not lost: you can use it for another date, which we agree on together.
Halotherapy (or the salt room) involves exposure to natural salt aerosols in a special room. Benefits: relief of respiratory conditions, stress reduction, detoxification and a deeply relaxing effect. A session lasts 45 minutes and can be booked in advance.
The complex has three jacuzzis, one at each villa, and a heated outdoor pool with a counter-current swim system. The heated outdoor pool is open seasonally, usually from May until early October, depending on the weather.
Yes. On request we can arrange: massage and wellness treatments, decorations for special occasions, a photographer, private transfers, guided outdoor activities (hiking, ATV) and personalised menus cooked by a chef. Contact us in advance to check availability.
