3) Purpose of the website
The website serves exclusively to present the three 5★ boutique villas in Bușteni. No online bookings are made and no distance contracts are concluded on the website. The contact form is intended for information requests. Any booking, offer or confirmation takes place subsequently, through direct communication (telephone/e-mail), and becomes valid only after our express confirmation.
4) Responsible use of the website
You undertake:
to provide true and up-to-date information when you contact us;
not to attempt to compromise the security of the website or to collect data without authorisation;
not to use the website for unlawful, defamatory or abusive purposes, or for purposes that infringe the rights of others.
