The ground floor is for socialising: a bar, a sound system and karaoke. Here the evening lasts until you decide it’s over.

Six bedrooms over two floors, each with its own bathroom. Four twins and two doubles, so the group can split up however it likes, with no negotiating over who sleeps where.
Living space on three levels
Generous windows on all three levels. Light pours in everywhere, with the forest as a backdrop from the ground floor to the top balcony.
A kitchen for groups
Equipped for meals for twelve, plus a kitchenette on each floor with a fridge, coffee maker and kettle.
A table for all twelve
The dining room has a long solid wood table that seats the whole group. Breakfast and dinner are eaten together, not in shifts.
Hot tub and sauna
An outdoor hot tub in the garden, plus an infrared sauna on each of the two upper floors, a few steps from the bedrooms.

It is the villa you choose when the group is big and the evening needs to go on late. Three levels, each with its own role: downstairs is for celebrating, upstairs is for sleeping, with everyone’s own bathroom and peace and quiet.
At Vila IRIS there is no reception and no schedule. There is a place all your own at the edge of the forest, with a bar and karaoke area on the ground floor and a glazed terrace overlooking the Bucegi Mountains.

Vila IRIS is rented as a whole, exclusively for you. The villa, the terrace and the hot tub are yours alone. No schedule. No shared hallway.

Routes at 1,800 m, with a stop at Stâna Zamora for a traditional organic meal. Guide, vehicles and equipment included.
Private 4x4 expedition
Lake Bolboci, the Seven Ladders Waterfall and Ialomița Cave, without the queues. The car picks you up right at the villa. Private format with a specialist guide.
Mountain hikes
Urlătoarea Waterfall, Babele and the Sphinx, the Heroes’ Cross. Trails for every pace, from relaxed walks to steeper paths.

We had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect for anyone looking for peace and relaxation, with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The hosts are extremely welcoming and make you feel at home.
It was wonderful, we will probably come back. The location is fantastic, the terrace is right in the forest, with a path leading down to a little stream. The design of the villa is lovely, you can tell every detail has been thought through. Everything is very comfortable. The host is very kind.

Before you book, read this.
To confirm the booking we ask for a deposit equal to the first night’s rate, paid by bank transfer or card against a proforma invoice issued by us.
And if something comes up and you can no longer make it, the deposit is not lost. It remains valid for another stay, on dates we agree together.
