Tips from your hosts

How to plan your ski days

Set off early

At weekends there are queues at the gondola and the chairlifts. Mornings are quieter and the snow is better.

With children or beginners

The area at the foot of the Cazacu slope in Azuga and the easy runs at Cota 1400 are the best choice.

Evening skiing

Kalinderu, 10 minutes from the villas, is floodlit: you can ski in the afternoon and evening without a long drive.

A short drive

All three areas are 10–15 minutes away. If Sinaia is crowded one day, head to Azuga or Kalinderu instead.

After skiing

Back at the villas, the jacuzzi, the sauna and the salt room await you, and in the evening, the fire and the quiet of the forest.

Check the snow

Whether the slopes open depends on snow and wind. Every morning we will tell you what is running.
